Payments can be made directly through the Pixel Account by signing in to your site then navigating to Pixel Account in the sidebar. Once the hover menu appears, click “Make Payment” and fill out the form that appears.
To submit a payment using the Pixel Account, you must submit the following information:
- Client Name
- Payment Amount
- Payment Reason
- Agree to Terms
By submit payment this way, clients are allowed to pay fees they know they owe before the system generates and sends invoices. Any payments sent using this method will be processed using the same secure options as paying directly from invoices. Payments will be applied to your account within 24hrs.
