What are they?
Organizational Messages are sent to client accounts when we need to alert them of important changes or upcoming events that are relevant. Most clients never see a message since our servers know to perform maintenance during the site’s lowest peak hours; however, if we needed to fix something without delay, a message would be sent to all clients explaining what will happen and apologizing for the inconvenience.
How can I read them?
Messages can be read by clicking “Important Messages” from within the Pixel Account.
If there are any messages, they will appear on the following screen.
