A Pixel Account is our built-in user account system tied in directly with your WordPress Admin Area. Since our clients may need to contact us or control their account on our systems from time to time, we made it as easy as possible.
Where is the Pixel Account
The Pixel Account will always be the second item from the top of your WordPress Admin Area sidebar – just under Dashboard. It’s marked with a smiling badge icon.
To access part of the account, simply hover over the sidebar item then slide the cursor to one of the options that appear.
We are constantly working on ways to improve Pixel Accounts, so more features and options may be added later.
