The Approval of Design form (AoD) is our way of having a client sign off on a design. By signing this approval agreement, the client is legally admitting we did the design to their specifications and needs, and understands that changing the site or design after signing this form will result in additional charges.
Even after a client has signed the AoD, we still maintain the following rights:
- Everything that was an original client file will be given back on a flash drive.
- Any new client files will be included on a flash drive.
- Any add-ons or extras purchased in your Pixel Account will be billed annually.
- A $35/yr minimum hosting fee will be billed annually starting from the date of signed contract.
- Any changes to your site or account after approval will be billed at our then going rate.
- Lost flash drives can be replaced for $15/ea. Put it in a safe place.
- It is your responsibility to keep domains and accounts active.
- Pixelized Designs or your developer are not responsible for loss of data due to improperly managed accounts or domains.
Our AoD exists to protect us from clients trying to get free services or free additional work from one of our developers. The AoD required or a client site will not be activated, and usage rights will not be signed over to the client.
